The enlargement of social Europe. The role of the social partners in the EES part II

In the light of the importance of a sound combination of social and economic policies to secure European workers' wellbeing in a context of increasingly tough competitiveness, this set of contributions examines the existing social dialogue situation in four member states and two candidate countries. It is the second of two volumes intended to evaluate the democratic preparations underway, in the new member states as well as candidate countries to the EU, to guarantee full participation of the social partners in the European Employment Strategy (EES).
