Nathalie is the assistant to George Schnell and also works for Silvana Pennella, Valerica Dumitrescu and Jean-Claude Le Douaron.

She has got a degree in hotel management.

She speaks Dutch (mother tongue) French, English, German and Spanish.

After a short career of 5 years in hotel business, Nathalie joined in 1993 the previous AFETT and at later stage ETUCO.

She is fond of cookery, books, travelling, cannot live without music, sun and love the North Sea in Wintertime.
