Participants: Trade union officers, particularly from education, training and international departments, with some experience of planning, leading, coordinating or managing projects at national and/or transnational level
Aims
- To work together and improve their skills and understandings of developing and planning transnational projects, including: defining objectives, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and exploitation and team work
- To improve their understanding of the EU funding context and the possibilities of support for trade union activities, especially in the field of trade union education
- To provide opportunities to meet and share experiences of project work with colleagues in a multicultural environment.
