Description

This inspiring film on organising and recruitment was produced by the ETUC for its 11th Congress in Seville (May 2007). The aim is to provide a picture of the challenges that unions face, in view of the general fall in membership in the last 30 years, together with some good practices in organising, recruitment and protection of various categories of workers in various European countries. Case studies on organising campaigns targeting migrant workers, cleaners, building workers and public sector workers, are presented from Sweden, the UK, Italy and Poland.
