Description

The materials presented here were used on a Level One ETUI-REHS Education course for training some of the key trainers from organisations affiliated to the ETUC. The aim of that course is to provide an initial grounding in the types of pedagogical methods that can be used when planning transnational and/or "European" training courses. In addition to an insight into the main policy priorities of the ETUC, understanding and sensitivity towards the multicultural context are promoted and stressed, along with traditional trade union values such as solidarity, sharing of experience, frank discussions, etc.
