Description

The TUC's Unionlearn project uses funding from the EU's Equal programme to provide advice, support and training to the thousands of union 'learning representatives' around the UK. These 'learning reps' in turn provide help to all categories of workers on how to obtain more workplace skills and how to improve their general educational qualifications. The TUC's aim is to provide lifelong education to as many working people as possible over the long term. A short DVD shows the launch of the main project and provides some examples of the work that is being done locally; it can be obtained on request from the TUC.
