Description

The 'Generations Pact' was adopted by the Belgian government in October 2005. This brochure, which is part of a useful series explaining key aspects of Belgian legislation of particular interest to workers and their unions, describes some of the main changes to pensions, pre-pensions, working time and redundancy provisions introduced by the Pact.
