What is TIM?

TIM is a network project coordinated by the University of Rostock. Cooperation partners are the consultancies WMP and PCG, the Hans-Böckler Foundation, the Bertelsmann Foundation and the European Trade Union Institute. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the German Aerospace Centre.

The TIM project examines the significance of a participation-oriented corporate culture for enterprises in a constantly changing environment and the ways in which such a corporate culture can be created and fostered.

What are the objectives of the TIM project?

Cooperation with 9 corporate partners

TIM analyses the importance and impact of participation and develops and tests instruments of innovative corporate cultures in cooperation with 9 enterprises from different branches and of various sizes.
