Description

The report contains the text of relevant international and European instruments adopted by the United Nations, the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the Council of Europe and the EU. It also provides an overview of the fundamental social rights contained in the constitutions of EU member, accession and candidate states. The presentation is in two parts: a set of tables (which also serves as an index for the full text) provides a short overview, while the second section reproduces in full the relevant sections of the legislation.
