Research interests: Comparative, European and international labour law, with particular reference to South East Europe.
Main fields of activity for the moment: working time, non-discrimination legislation in the EU, Comparative research on the resolution of labour disputes.
Born in 1973 in Germany, graduate in law (specialised in labour law) from University of Trier, including two years of parallel studies in French law.

Main fields of activity for the moment:

  • Working-time, resolution of labour disputes, non-discrimination in the EU
  • Advising trade unions during the process of legislative changes in the field of labour law:
    1. Preparation of comparative material on subjects of concern in such a process with the aim to provide information to the negotiating teams
    2. Support for the development of amendments
    3. Presentations in the concerned countries on those topics
  • Prepare opinions on national legislation regarding the conformity with European and international labour law standards
  • Co-animator of the ETUCE legal experts network
