The ETUI report on labour dispute settlement provides an insight into the extra-judicial and judicial mechanisms for solving labour disputes in the different national contexts of the EU Member States. Each section of the report includes analysis and comparative tables which provide information on the various national systems.

Labour dispute settlement will serve both as a guide for those countries, such as some in South Eastern Europe, planning to establish labour dispute settlement systems and as a source of information for those countries with long-established traditions of labour dispute settlement.

The report is available in English, Albanian and Serbian/Croatian.
