These downloadable resources comprise key documents and presentations by experts from trade unions and the European Commission at a joint ETUI-REHS and ETUC training course on project management held in Madrid in June 2007. The aim of the course was to inform the participants about the new ESF programme for 2007-2013 and give them useful hints on how they might use that programme for financing their projects, partly based on experience from the former ESF “programming round”. The participants also took part in working groups in which they drafted some potential project applications and exchanged their experience and good practices in project management. The presentations represent a mine of information and advice on project management.
