This introduction to managing European projects was produced by a team involved in a Leonardo project and resulted from 2 workshops, in particular. UGT-E and the ÖGB were key contributors. A set of generic but practical modules were produced on matters such as: managing time, resources and budgets; communication skills; working for quality; EU programmes and funding regimes, etc.
